Medicine in Balcony will not accept returns or refund requestsexcept in specific situations as we start the delivery activities as soon as we receive the order.

The situations in which the return/refund will be considered are:

  • In instances where the ordered (and paid) product is not available or is out of stock. In such instances, we our self will initiate the refund process.A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days or order.

  • Returns will be accepted only when the ordered item is a plant product (Not live plant) and the product is not as per our specification.In such cases,please contact customer care team immediately in 24hrs or send email to sales@medicineinbalcony.com

To return your product, you should mail your product to: DS Neo Service, 4th Floor, MIG 165, Road No.1, KPHB, Hyderabad – 500072.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

A change of product can be opted within 12 hours of placing an order.For exchange of product, please contact customer care team within12hrs. The exchange request will be accepted subject to availability of the item.
